MAIN Dish is Lamb Slow-Slow ; a North African style lamb with fruit, herbs and aromatic spices accompanied by Nigerian Jolloff Rice :
DESERT -Caramelised Banana Pancakes with liqueur flambe served with a rich cocoa sauce.

Re A Taste of Italy
Thank you to our guests who attended the above event. Also, thanks for sharing about what a lovely evening you had! We have noted your suggestions and comments -they help us grow and deliver a better service every time.
Apologies to guests who booked after the cut-off date. Not all Butchers sell veal unfortunately. Our organic veal is from a specialist butcher and we have to place the order on time to ensure delivery.

A Taste of Italy - July 16th
Enjoy an evening of Italian food and flavours!
The Primo piatto or Starter - light and fresh Mozarella Tricolore with flavoured olive oil.
Main - Osso Bucco Milanese -Veal shanks braised in white wine and vegetables served with rice.
Round off the evening with the delicious dolce - Heavenly Tiramisu with mascarpone and Navy Rum.
Tea or Coffee.

Events
FSC -that is shorthand for Fusion Supper Club- events are small, classy evenings for a maximum of 12 guests. The idea is that discerning guests enjoy an evening of fresh quality foods from around the world in good company. Bring your own drinks for the evening. Sometimes, the hosts will provide drinks for a particular menu. Where this is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the menu and event information.
